Closing our doors in PB

After 15 amazing years of serving the Pacific Beach community, Woodstock’s Pizza PB will officially close its doors on September 21, 2025.

From the beginning, our mission has been to create a community hub where great pizza, cold beer, and lasting memories come together. We are proud that along the way, our PB team has:

  • Donated 1.5 – 2% of our net sales each year to local partners, schools, community orgs and local causes.
  • Provided local jobs for over a decade and a half, helping hundreds of students and community members grow their skills and careers.

While this chapter in PB is coming to a close, it’s not the end of our story in San Diego. We remain proud to be based here and are actively looking for new opportunities to reinvest in the community.

Guests can still enjoy everything they love about Woodstock’s at our SDSU location, which is celebrating its 40th birthday in San Diego this year. That store is now under the leadership of Lily Castro, a longtime Woodstock’s team member who started as a busser at age 18 and has worked her way up through three different locations to become General Manager. With her at the helm, we’re excited to see her carry forward and strengthen the Woodstock’s legacy.

Most importantly, we want to thank the Pacific Beach community for 15 years of love and support. You’ve been part of our family, and we hope you’ll stop in one last time before September 22 to share pizza, memories, and maybe a pint or two with us.

We’re not going anywhere as a company—Woodstock’s Pizza is San Diego through and through, and we’ll continue to invest, give back, and grow here for years to come.

With love and gratitude,
The Woodstock’s Pizza Team
